Valentine Black-'Desire Lines'

Valentine’s Day this year sees the release of, Kildare native, Valentine Black’s debut album ‘Desire Lines’. Named after the natural paths made by people walking through forests or fields, it mixes the heart of Springsteen with the melodies of Bowieand the lush arrangements of Elbow or Arcade Fire. Folk and pop tinged indie-rocksongs covering love, loss, modern Ireland and even murder! Withthoughtful lyrics and a warm vinyl sound, it’s a wonderful introduction to thestraight talking yet romantic world of Mr Valentine Black.
