A music and mindfulness workshop with cellist Clíodhna Ní Aodáin. The Music and Mindfulness workshop will explore how breath, posture and gesture influence our sound, with the intention of deepening our connection to our instrument and to ourselves. Participants will learn how to focus awareness on their inner feeling in the present moment and express this in sound. Participants will combine deep listening with simple everyday practices to awaken their creativity.
