Hard Working Class Heroes 2017 | Conference Schedule Announced

HWCH Conference 2017 in association with Culture Ireland, with support from Dublin City Council Local Enterprise Office and IMRO

Keynote interviews with Richard Jones, John Seabrook, Geoff Travis & Ian Wilson.

Hard Working Class Heroes announce details of HWCH Conference 2017 which takes place at the Chocolate Factory, Kings Inn Street, Dublin on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th September. This will be Ireland’s largest gathering of bookers, labels, managers, music supervisors, radio folk and journalists from around the world and here at home.

On Thursday 28th September, the opening night, a targeted networking social event will take place in the Chocolate Factory where all the international delegates will have the chance to meet with their Irish counterparts and artists attending the HWCH conference. Jim Carroll will host the keynote interviews with Richard Jones and John Seabrook on the night. (Tickets to the conference are priced €25.00 with free admission to all musicians with a Breaking Tunes profile).

The live showcases comprising of 50 bands from diverse genres will take place over two nights, Friday 29th and Saturday 30th September.

HWCH annually brings Ireland to the world and the world to Ireland over one weekend. The weekend will see a mixture of workshops, discussions and panels which are growing in importance year on year for artists across all levels to meet with people one-to-one who can make a difference.
