The Songwriter Club celebrates it’s 3rd Birthday Party at Anseo on Camden Street on Tuesday 14th October from 8pm. The club was set up by Sinead McNally and Keith McLoughlin on October 15th 2011 to get musicians to meet up and get chatting about the music industry, the lives of songwriters and much more. Over the last three years we have met some of the most amazing people in the industry from people in record labels, managers, producers, songwriters, organisations etc.. We have had the Club expand to Galway and that has been running since September 29th 2013 hosted by Noreena Gill.
We will be inviting guests back for this special event which starts at 8pm and getting everyone to play at our open mic after the meeting at around 9.30pm.
The idea behind the club is to bring songwriters together every couple of months to chat about all sorts of songwriting stuff, share ideas, set up collaborating groups and also to have fun getting to know each other. There will also be special guests from different areas of the industry. All songwriters, whatever the genre, whatever the standard are welcome to attend.
