General Entertainment On Demand (GEOD)

Our General Entertainment Online Demand Licence has been designed to offer blanket coverage to any service making general entertainment content available in Ireland in an on-demand context. This licence applies whether you produce content yourself or acquire content from third parties. If your on-demand material contains our members’ repertoire you will need a licence from us. By ‘general entertainment’ we mean any content which contains music but is not a pure music service, for example on demand services offering TV shows, Films, Documentaries, Children’s Entertainment, Sports Programming.
