Robb Murphy returns with the release of the third single from his current album,“Sleep Tonight”, on 9th October. The single,“Headstrong”, follows on from the re-mastered live acoustic version of“The Darker Side” and the first single from the album, “The Mysteries of the Heart”.
Accompanied by a heartwarming video starring some zoo escapees(!),“Headstrong” invites the listener into the world of Irish storytelling with an upbeat, pop tempo and gentle vocals from Robb.
The album was recorded by Mill Valley Studios in Belfast and featured a range of musicians including the Ulster String Quartet. Robb heads off on a 9-date tour of the Netherlands at the end of October.
