Miranda McCarthy is excited to release her stand alone single ‘From Loving You’, out 14th November. The track retains singer-songwriter focus on Miranda’s unique alto singing while moving into moody 80s style alternative rock with echoes of U2 and New Order.
‘From Loving You’, co-produced by Miranda with guitarist Kenny Dread, is an electric version of a song from her upcoming album, and concerns passion and the intensity of a doomed yet all-encompassing relationship. Inspired by the wildness of West Cork and a life in profound transformation, Miranda McCarthy expressed that inner journey of burgeoning creativity in her 2019 debut album ‘New Days’, and has steadily built a strong following in her local area.
