Ghost Estateshave hosted the video for their track ‘In Your Dreams’ online.
The video shows a free spirit as he drives around the city only to be hampered when reality slams home.
Comprising of members Dan Doherty (Drums, Bass, Sampler, Keyboard Vocals), Brian Giles (Guitar, Loop Machine), Colm Giles (Bass, Synth, Vocals) and Dave Mulvaney (Drums) the band have spent the last couple of weeks performing at Castlepalooza and supporting The Jesus and Mary Chain at the Olympia.
Ghost Estates have released their latest offering “In Your Dreams”, the first single from their upcoming (currently untitled) sophomore album. The track premiered on Nialler9‘s home page and can be digitally downloaded from the group’s Bandcamp hub.
To promote the new single on the 22nd of May the new line-up will play their first headlining show of 2014, performing on Whelans‘ main stage.

Ghost Estates are currently working on their second album which they hope to release in 2014. You can catch them live next month when they play the Valentia Isle Festival in Kerry.
The video is directed by Ruairi Galavan, who has previously made videos for Lisa O’Neill, Mossy Nolan and Cry Monster Cry among others.
In order to mark Record Store Day 2013, Ghost Estates and Twin Kranes have decided to join together and release a split 7inch vinyl.
A limited pressing of 250 copies has been ordered with both bands contributing a single track to each side.
Currently working on their second album, Twin Kranes make a rare appearance on this release, delivering a drone heavy version of Black Sabbath’s “The Wizard” showcasing an even darker electronic version of the troubled Twin Kranes sound. April sees the group surface for a number of shows in and around Record Store Day coupling up with space rockers White Hills at the Grand Social on April 5th and Finnish Krautrock monsters KXP on April 25th.
“In Waves” will be Ghost Estates first release since their 2012 debut album and possibly the first track from their upcoming second album. It’s also the same track they played for their Other Voices performance, due to be broadcast in April. The track was recorded at Darklands, a new studio set up by band member, Dan Doherty.
Both bands will be playing Dan Hegarty’s live 2XM session on April 18th and the launch of the split release will take place on April 19th in the Button Factory. Support on the night comes from The Notas. Doors are at 7pm and entry is €5.
The lads will be performing in Tower Records for Record Store Day April 20th, with gigs in Roisin Dubh Galway on April 25th and Triskel Arts Centre, Cork on 11th May.
