Sunday 26th – 4.30pm – A Great Song Is Still The Answer
The panel on songwriting will begin with ”Effin’ Songs”, Brendan Graham’s attempt to answer the question – ‘How did you write the effin’ song?’- along with special guests Brian Kennedy and Eimear Quinn.
It will go on to discuss what it is that makes a song that becomes part of the canon, the extraordinary reach of a brilliantly crafted song, and how it can take on a life of its own. Plus – where does the money go – and how can the artist ensure that he or she gets the deserved reward?
