Fresh from his win in the international songwriting contest, Festival4Stars, Dublin born soul songwriter G Miley has just released his debut EP, “Dancing with my Dream”/”Brand New Tune”.
Singer and songwriter, G Miley, is striving to follow his Irish songwriting role models Van Morrison, Paul Brady and Brendan Graham, by creating rich, refreshing and original songs which are positive and uplifting.
His recently formed band, G Miley & The Soul Street Orchestra, made up of experienced soul musicians, has been leaving a lasting impression on audiences nationwide, with addictive pop melodies, crisp lead vocals, seductive harmonies and elements of blues, jazz, soul and funk.
Recent live performances have included three slots in the Dublin City Soul Festival, support to Jack L and sharing a stage with artists such as Imelda May, Josh Ritter and Martha Wainwright at the Sligo Live Festival.
