Dermot Lambert, (frontman with platinum selling Blink and CEO of Garageland, already known for creating unique projects such as the original Garage Gigs and The Irish Youth Music Awards, based on his vast experience within the music industry both as an artist and as an industry business figure) has now designed a new formula which mixes crowd funding and artist management and direction, creating the circumstances where bands and artists can play their own music to full houses and get paid while they’re at it – a Holy Grail for any original musician.
With new artists jumping at this opportunity (to date over 50 acts have signed up), the new Garage Gigs project is set to expand significantly during 2016 across Ireland and The UK creating an ongoing outlet for creativity in music.
