Glee for You Raise Me Up

The global hit song You Raise Me Up penned by Brendan Graham and Rolf Lovland will feature as the final song in the Season 1 Grand Finale of hit TV show GLEE, to be broadcast in the USA on June 8th.
 
It will be sung in the  show's final first season episode – JOURNEY TO REGIONALS – by rival Glee Club – Aural Intensity – in a programme that also features Over The Rainbow , Don't Stop Believin', To Sir With Love and Bohemian Rhapsody.
 
Glee is an American musical comedy-drama television series that airs on Fox in the United States. It focuses on a high school show choir called "New Directions", at the fictional William McKinley High School in Lima, Ohio.
 
The series won the 2010 Golden Globe Award for Best Television Series—Musical or Comedy. The show won a People's Choice Award for Favorite New TV Comedy in 2010. Its first season also earned a Peabody Award.
 
Over two million copies of Glee cast single releases have been purchased on iTunes. In 2009, the Glee cast had 25 singles chart on the Billboard Hot 100, the most by any artist since The Beatles had 31 songs in the chart in 1964
 
GLEE: The Music, Volume 3 – Showstoppers  is currently the No. 1 Album on the Billboard Album Charts, in the USA, while there are three other GLEE albums in the top 50 selling albums.GLEE: The Music, Volume 3 – Showstoppers entered the UK Charts at No. 3 this week.
